Does First Health Club accept returns or exchanges from online orders of First Health Apparel?
Yes — we’re happy to assist with returns or exchanges in-store for online First Health Apparel orders, as long as they meet our return and refund policy guidelines outlined on our website.
If we’re unable to provide a direct exchange due to in-store inventory availability, our team can help process a store credit or refund (based on eligibility in line with our policy).
We recommend reviewing our policy ahead of your visit to ensure your items qualify.
What are First Health Club's hours of operation?
We are open Monday - Friday 6AM - 11PM. Weekend hours are 9AM - 7PM. This includes both our retail store and gym.
I don't live in the GTA, what membership options would be best for me?
Our 7 Visit Pass would be best option if you visit the GTA often but not everyday. If you're planning to visit once, our 1 Visit Pass is perfect for you.
Is there parking?
Yes! We have lots of parking right out front of our facility.
Can I tour First Health Club?
Yes! You can stop by any time during our hours of operation and one of our staff will be happy to give you a tour. You can also send us an email at info@firsthealthclubs.com, DM on Instagram, or call us at 905-625-0107 to book a tour.
Are there fitting rooms in the First Health Apparel store?
Yes! We have 3 fitting rooms in our retail store.
How old do I have to be to workout at First Health Club?
18 and over. You will be asked to present government issued ID your first time coming to the gym.
Is filming allowed at First Health Club?
Yes and we actually encourage it! We just ask that members please be courteous of others' space and avoid blocking any walkways or emergency exits.
I've purchased my membership online, now what?
On your first visit to the club, check in with a staff member at reception who will set you up with your key fob and discount perks. Bring government issued ID for our staff to verify your identity.
How do I cancel my VIP membership?
VIP memberships can be cancelled at any time during your contract for a cancellation fee. If you've signed up and are rethinking your membership, you can send an email to info@firsthealthclubs.com with written notice of your cancellation request. If you don't hear from our team within 2 business days, you can contact us at 905-625-0107 to speak to a member of our team.
